Abstract: Orthodontic treatment aims to achieve balance，stability，and aesthetics of the craniofacial system by adjusting the coordination between facial bones，teeth，and the neuromuscular system. In addition to traditional and functional orthodontics，surgical interventions are employed in complex orthodontic cases. These interventions primarily include the implantation of temporary skeletal anchorage devices，corticotomy，and orthognathic surgery. This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress in indications，techniques，and therapeutic outcomes of commonly used surgical combined procedures in clinical orthodontic treatment，offering valuable insights for clinicians.

摘要： 口腔正畸治疗旨在通过调整面部骨骼、牙齿及颌面部的神经和肌肉之间的协调性，以实现口颌系统的平衡、稳定和美观。除了传统矫治和功能矫治之外，外科治疗被应用于一些复杂正畸治疗病例中，其主要包括临时性骨支抗装置植入术、骨皮质切开术及正颌外科手术等。文章就口腔临床正畸治疗中常联合应用的外科治疗技术的适应证、操作技巧及疗效研究进展做一综述，以期为临床医生提供参考。
