Abstract: In recent years，people′s demand for orthodontic treatment has grown by leaps and bounds. At this stage，orthodontic patients often suffer from dental diseases such as enamel demineralisation and caries. These diseases not only affect the aesthetics of the teeth and reduce patients′ satisfaction with orthodontic treatment，but may also develop into serious endodontic diseases if they are not treated promptly and appropriately. It is of great significance in orthodontic treatment to be familiar with common dental diseases and to master the treatment timing and methods. In this paper，we summarise the common dental diseases and their causes in orthodontic treatment and review the research progress in its treatment strategies，with the aim of providing a reference for orthodontic treatment.

摘要： 近年来，人们对正畸治疗的需求飞速增长，正畸患者中出现釉质脱矿和龋损等牙体疾病的问题突显。牙体疾病不仅会影响美观并降低患者对正畸治疗的满意程度，若是缺乏及时合理的治疗，甚至可能发展为严重的牙髓疾病。熟悉常见牙体问题并掌握其治疗时机和方法对开展正畸治疗具有重要意义。文章就正畸治疗中常见牙体疾病及其病因、治疗策略的研究进展做一综述，为临床正畸医生提供参考。
