Abstract: In recent years，periodontal inflammatory problems related to orthodontic treatment have been one of the most researched areas among dentists. Orthodontic treatment without systematic periodontal awareness raises the risk of complications such as swollen and bleeding gingiva，gingival recession，and tooth loss. Therefore，the considerations and treatment strategies of periodontal inflammatory problems associated with orthodontic treatment are of great significance. In order to provide reference for orthodontists and periodontists，this article will clarify the management of periodontal inflammation in orthodontic treatment，strategies for combined periodontal-orthodontic treatment，and precautions of periodontal health-focused orthodontic treatment.

摘要： 正畸治疗相关的牙周炎症问题是近年来口腔医生探究的热点话题之一。缺乏牙周系统认知的正畸治疗，会增加牙龈红肿出血、牙龈退缩、牙齿松动等并发症发生的风险。因此，正畸治疗相关的牙周炎症问题考量及治疗策略意义重大。文章将对正畸患者的牙周炎症控制、牙周-正畸联合治疗的策略及以牙周健康为导向的正畸治疗注意事项进行阐述，为广大正畸与牙周医生提供参考。
