Abstract: The complex etiology，high prevalence，and absence of the gold standard of treatment for temporomandibular disorders（TMD）pose some difficulties and risks in orthodontic treatment. In this paper，the diagnosis of TMD，screening of TMD before orthodontic treatment and analysis of treatment factors that may induce TMD during orthodontic treatment were analyzed to provide a clinical reference for reducing the occurrence of TMD in orthodontic treatment.

摘要： 颞下颌关节紊乱病（temporomandibular disorders，TMD）的病因复杂、发病率高，并且缺少治疗金标准。正畸治疗前及过程中若发生TMD，会增加治疗的难度与风险。文章从TMD的诊断、正畸治疗前TMD的筛查以及对正畸治疗期间可能诱发TMD的因素进行分析，为减少正畸治疗中TMD的发生提供临床参考。
