Abstract: Oral bacteria is an important part of oral microbes. Besides their role in oral diseases such as dental caries and periodontal disease，oral bacteria are closely related to systematic diseases such as diabetes mellitus and atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases（ACVD）. The article analyzes and summarizes the evidence of the relationship between oral bacteria and atherosclerosis （AS），as well as the possible pathogenic mechanism of oral bacteria. This study aims to provide new ideas for the prevention，early diagnosis and treatment of AS.

摘要： 口腔细菌是口腔微生物的重要组成部分，口腔细菌不仅在龋病和牙周病等口腔疾病中发挥重要作用，还与糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease，ACVD）等全身系统性疾病关系密切。文章就口腔细菌与动脉粥样硬化（atherosclerosis，AS）的关联证据及口腔细菌在其中的可能致病机制进行分析和总结，旨在为AS的预防、早期诊断及治疗提供新思路。
