牙周炎实验动物的口腔解剖生理结构与模型建立

Abstract: Choosing experimental animals correctly and building a correct animal model of periodontitis is the key to the study of molecular biological mechanism of periodontitis as well as clinical prevention and treatment. It is a necessary process for drug development and new medical technology evaluation. At present,there is no universal consensus on the best experimental animals selection or the effective construction method in periodontitis animal models. In this review,we analyse the periodontitis animal models from oral anatomy,modeling method and model characteristics,and review the selection of experimental animal model periodontitis based on the research purpose.

摘要: 正确选择实验动物,构建以研究目的为导向的牙周炎动物模型,对牙周炎分子生物学机制的研究及临床防治均有重要意义,是药物研发和新技术先行先试的必要过程。目前,对于牙周炎研究的最佳实验动物的选择及模型构建尚无普遍共识。文章对常用牙周炎实验动物模型从解剖结构、建模方法、疾病模型特点等方面进行分析,并以研究目的为基准对牙周炎实验动物模型的选择做一综述。
