Abstract: Due to their good corrosion resistance，elasticity and biocompatibility，titanium and its alloys have become an indispensable material in the field of biomedicine，playing an important role in joint replacement，fracture restoration，and dental implantation. Surface nanocrystallization refers to the formation of a strengthening layer composed of nano particles or grains on the surface of materials，so as to improve the surface properties of metal materials and have a more ideal effect of promoting osteogenesis. This paper reviews the nano modification methods of titanium implant surface and the effects of nano structure on cell biological behavior，so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization of titanium implant surface morphology.

摘要： 钛及其合金因其耐腐蚀性能好、弹性模量低、生物相容性良好等特点，已经成为生物医学领域不可或缺的金属材料，在关节置换、骨折修复、口腔种植等方面发挥着重要作用。表面纳米化是指在材料表面形成一层由纳米级颗粒或晶粒组成的强化层，从而改善金属材料的表面性能，具有更为理想的促进成骨效果。文章就钛种植体表面纳米改性方法及纳米结构对细胞生物学行为的影响做一综述，为钛种植体表面形貌的进一步优化提供依据。
