Abstract: Immediate implant placement can not only save the waiting time before implant surgery，reduce the operation frequency for patients，but also achieve immediate prosthesis and conserve the original morphology of natural gingival tissues，which is preferred by both patients and doctors. However，due to the high susceptibility to technology and low range of application of immediate implant placement，indications should be strictly controlled，preoperative design and standard operation during and after operation should be well performed. In this review，we made a summary of immediate implant indications and clinical procedures for immediate implant technique in aesthetic areas.

摘要： 即刻种植技术的出现不仅为患者节省了种植术前等待时间、减少了手术次数，还能实现即刻修复，能够保留天然的牙龈组织形态，受到患者与医生的青睐。然而，即刻种植的技术敏感性较高，同时适用范围较窄，需要严格把控适应证，充分做好术前设计和术中术后的规范操作。文章就即刻种植的适应证、美学区即刻种植技术的临床程序做一概述。
