Abstract    With the releasing of clinical studies results about endoscopic treatment, the indications of endoscopic resection for early gastric cancer are expanding, and it has become an important component of the early gastric cancer treatment strategies. Endoscopic resection brings unprecedented impact and challenge to the traditional surgical procedures for EGC, which has unique profits to patients, and risks exist as well. The knowledge and technical support provided by surgeons can ensure the oncological and therapeutic safety of early gastric cancer patients in endoscopic treatment, and play a role in remedying defects and rectifying errors. In the innovation of clinical technology, both endoscopists and surgeons should cultivate the spirit of preciseness, active thinking, digging into technology and step-by-step innovation model. Both of them should contribute their efforts in respective fields to establish a better diagnosis and treatment pattern, achieve better therapeutic efficacies, provide better experience for patients with gastric cancer in our country.

摘要： 随着内镜治疗相关临床研究结果的陆续发布，早期胃癌内镜下切除的适应证不断扩大，已成为早期胃癌治疗模式中的重要组成部分。内镜治疗对传统外科手术在早期胃癌治疗上带来了冲击和挑战，但早期胃癌内镜治疗同样风险与获益并存，外科医师提供的外科领域相关的知识和技术保障，可以保证内镜治疗早期胃癌病人的肿瘤学安全性和治疗安全性，起到补偏救弊的作用。在临床新技术的创新上，无论是内镜科医生或是外科医师，均应坚持严谨学风的精神，积极思考、钻研技术、循序渐进的创新模式，为我国胃癌病人建立更好的诊疗模式，获得更佳的治疗效果和更优的诊治体验，做出各自领域应有的贡献。
