Abstract: Considerations of periodontal soft and hard tissues have long been a difficulty in orthodontic treatment. Certain periodontal soft and hard tissue problems might impede orthodontic treatment and raise the risk of complications such as gingival recession，black triangle， alveolar bone fenestration， alveolar bone dehiscence，loose tooth， and periodontal tissue inflammation. Therefore，in addition to closely monitoring and controlling periodontal tissue inflammation during the entire orthodontic treatment，it is also vital to consider and treat periodontal soft and hard tissue-related problems. This article will clarify the consideration and treatment decision of periodontal soft and hard tissue problems related to orthodontic treatment，so that orthodontists and periodontists may utilize it as a reference.

摘要： 牙周软硬组织的考量一直是正畸治疗的难点之一。部分牙周软硬组织问题会影响正畸治疗的进行，同时可能增加牙龈退缩、黑三角、牙槽骨骨开窗及骨开裂等并发症发生的风险。因此在正畸治疗的整个阶段，除密切监测及控制牙周组织炎症外，牙周软硬组织相关问题的考量及治疗也十分必要。文章将对正畸治疗相关的牙周软硬组织问题的考量及治疗决策予以阐述，为广大正畸与牙周医生提供参考。
