Abstract    Saphenous vein varicosity in lower limbs is the most common clinical disease of the venous system. The recurrence usually brings patients lots of secondary-puzzle. Because of the complexity and multiplicity of the etiology, the retreatment usually confront more intricacies. The inspection, the causes and the corresponding processing would be the point cut. In view of the different types of relapse, appropriate surgical treatments should be adopted.

摘要：

下肢大隐静脉曲张作为临床最常见的静脉系统疾病，其复发往往给病人带来很大的二次困扰。同时，由于下肢静脉曲张自身发病原因的复杂性与多重性，其复发的再治疗需要面对和处理的因素更为繁杂。这就要求对于复发性下肢大隐静脉曲张的治疗，要能从检查、病因及对应处理等关键方面入手，针对不同类型的复发，采用相适应的手术处理方式。
