Abstract    The recurrence rates are high after parastomal hernia repair and post-relapse treatment is very tricky. Good treatment outcomes depend on the formulation of correct treatment decisions，physicians with extensive experience in diagnosis and treatment，surgeons with exquisite surgical skills，and systematic and meticulous perioperative management protocol. The causes and diagnostic methods of recurrent parastomal hernia are basically the same as primary parastomal hernia. The therapeutic strategies for the recurrent parastomal hernia are: active surgery， filling in the blanks to the previous operation，simplifying repair， avoiding overthrowing the previous surgery to redo the extensive overall repair，and following individualized treatment.

摘要： 造口旁疝修补术后的复发率较高，复发后治疗非常棘手，其治疗结果有赖于正确治疗决策的制定、丰富诊疗经验的医师、精湛手术技术的术者和系统细致的围手术期管理方案。复发性造口旁疝的发生原因及诊断方法与原发造口旁疝基本相同。对于复发性造口旁疝治疗的策略是：积极手术，对前次手术查漏补缺，简化修补，避免全部推倒前次手术重新进行大范围整体修补，遵循个体化治疗。
