Abstract    Japanese Society for Cancer of Colon and Rectum (JSCCR) Guidelines 2022 for the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer was issued on 25th January 2022. The guidelines 2022 was partially revised on the basis of the 2019 edition, with minor changes in surgical treatment, mainly reflected in the changes in the treatment guidelines for Stage Ⅳcolorectal cancer. However, with the publishment of the results of phase Ⅲ clinical trials in Japan and abroad, major changes have been made in drug therapies such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and BRAF inhibitors.  Understanding the contents and changes of the latest JSCCR guidelines for the treatment of colorectal cancer is of great significance for promoting and assisting the standardized diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in our country.

摘要： 日本大肠癌研究会编撰的《大肠癌治疗指南（2022年版）》于2022-01-25出版发行。2022年版在2019年版指南基础上进行了部分修订。在外科治疗方面修订较少，主要体现在Ⅳ期大肠癌的治疗方针。但是在大肠癌的药物疗法方面，随着日本及国际相关Ⅲ期临床试验结果的发布，主要变更了免疫检查点抑制剂和BRAF抑制剂等药物疗法方面内容。了解最新版本日本《大肠癌治疗指南》的内容，对于推动我国大肠癌的规范化诊治具有重要意义。
