Abstract    Venous disease（VD）of the lower extremity is a major global public health problem with high incidence and various and complex clinical manifestations.Timely and accurate diagnosis of VD is of great significance to correct treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.Various imaging methods，such as color Doppler ultrasound（CDU），computed tomography venography（CTV），magnetic resonance venography（MRV），digital subtraction angiography（DSA）and intravascular ultrasound（IVUS）are modalities of choice to measure the anatomical and functional severity of lower limb venous obstruction and/or reflux，which provide an important basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment of VD.

摘要： 下肢静脉疾病（VD）发病率高，临床表现多样且复杂，是一个全球性的重大公共卫生问题。及时准确地诊断VD对正确治疗和改善病人预后有着重要意义。各种影像学检查手段如彩色多普勒超声（CDU）、CT静脉成像（CTV）、磁共振静脉成像（MRV）、数字减影血管造影（DSA）和血管腔内超声（IVUS）等可很好地检测下肢静脉阻塞和反流的解剖范围和功能严重程度，为临床精准诊断及治疗VD提供重要依据。
