Abstract    Endovascular treatment of iliac vein disease is the mainstream method to deal with severe iliac vein stenosis and occlusion.Although there are still controversial issues，most of them have formed norms and consensus.Iliac vein disease mainly manifests as obstruction of venous return，venous hypertension and venous insufficiency of the lower extremities，which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In clinical practice，it is necessary to clarify the pathological characteristics of iliac vein diseases，select appropriate endovascular treatment to remove thrombus，reasonably select and place venous stents，and standardize the application of vena cava filters.These are the focus of attention in the endovascular treatment of iliac vein diseases.This article discusses this，and reviews the focus of the iliac vein，aiming to provide a diagnosis and treatment direction for clinical practice.

摘要： 髂静脉疾病的腔内治疗是处理重度髂静脉狭窄和闭塞的主流手段，尽管依然存在争议问题，但绝大部分已形成规范与共识。髂静脉疾病主要表现为静脉回流受阻，静脉高压及下肢静脉功能不全，严重影响病人的生活质量。在临床实践中，需要明确髂静脉疾病的病变特点，选择合适的腔内治疗手段清除血栓，合理选择并放置静脉支架，规范应用腔静脉滤器，这些是目前髂静脉疾病腔内治疗需要关注的焦点问题。
