Abstract    Adolescent is a special group which is still at the period of growth and development. Protecting reproductive function, reducing recurrence and chronic postoperative inguinal pain are the key points of treatment of inguinal hernia in adolescents. Although there are different surgical treatments for inguinal hernia in adolescents at present, the characteristics of biological mesh which can promote tissue regeneration and remodeling make them valuable for inguinal hernia repair in adolescents. Correct selection and implementation of biological mesh inguinal hernia repair are important to ensure the effect of adolescent inguinal hernia repair.

摘要：

青少年是仍处于生长发育阶段的一个特殊群体，保护生育功能、降低术后复发率与慢性疼痛等并发症发生率是青少年腹股沟疝治疗的重点。虽然目前青少年腹股沟疝修补多种术式并存，但生物材料所具备的能够促进组织再生重塑的特性使其在青少年腹股沟疝治疗中具有重要价值，正确选择与实施基于生物材料的腹股沟疝修补术对于保证青少年腹股沟疝的治疗效果具有十分重要的意义。
