Abstract: Consideration of bile duct drainage strategy under the concept of systematic treatment of pancreatic head cancer

Abstract    With the concept evolution and technological development of pancreatic head cancer, the status of comprehensive treatment has become increasingly prominent. In the context of the comprehensive treatment mode of pancreatic head cancer, biliary drainage, as an important part of comprehensive treatment, not only reduces jaundice before surgery, but also ensures the effective development of comprehensive treatment. Attaching importance to endoscopic biliary drainage and selecting appropriate biliary drainage to better coordinate with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, surgery and other therapeutic means, which will help improve the quality of life, nutritional status, and long-term survival rate of patients.

摘要： 随着胰头癌诊疗理念的演变以及各种诊治技术的发展，综合治疗的地位愈发突显。在胰头癌综合治疗模式的大背景下，胆道引流作为综合治疗的重要部分，除了发挥术前减黄的作用外，还保障了综合治疗的有效开展。重视内镜下胆管引流，选择恰当的胆道引流方式，使其更好地协同化疗、靶向、外科手术等治疗手段，将有助于改善病人生活质量、营养状况和远期生存率。
