Abstract    The first edition of Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pancreatic Cancer from the Japan Pancreas Society was published in 2006. The guidelines were updated in 2009，2013 and 2016 respectively. Recently，it was updated again to maintain the pace of updating every 3 to 4 years. The 2019 edition followed the problem-based and evidence-based principles. According to the progress in diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in recent years，it has been updated in multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment，indication of neoadjuvant treatment，laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy，palliative treatment，and postoperative chemo and radiotherapy，etc. There are 53 clinical questions and 84 recommendations in the guidelines. It comprehensively summarizes the guiding principles of clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer，reflecting the current situation and progress of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.

摘要： 日本胰腺学会《胰腺癌临床实践指南》（简称指南）初版发表于2006年，后于2009年、2013年、2016年分别进行了形式与内容的更新，近期再予更新，保持每3~4年更新1次的频率。2019年版指南继续沿革既往以问题为导向、以循证为基础的修订原则，结合近年来胰腺癌诊治进展，在多学科诊治、新辅助治疗指征及方案选择、腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术、姑息治疗、术后放化疗等方面进行了更新。该指南共计53个临床问题、84条推荐意见，较全面的总结了胰腺癌临床诊治的指导原则，体现出胰腺癌诊治的现状与进展。
