Abstract    Lower limb ischemia is a common disease that has significantly influenced the quality of patients’ life， the survivability of the affected extremity and sometimes even threatens lives. The situation urges us to use varies of treatments to deal with the disease， including controlling risk factors， optimal anticoagulation therapy， exercise therapy， minimizing the damage to tissue and perform positive revascularization therapy for patients who have definite indications. The development of drugs and medical instruments has brought the treatments of lower limb ischemia many opportunities and challenges. Though there are some consensuses， there is also a wide range of controversy， which has reminded us of the necessity of guiding the normalized therapy of lower limb ischemia by further clinical practice and more high-quality evidence-based data.

摘要：

下肢缺血性疾病是一种常见疾病，严重影响病人的生活质量、肢体存活甚至危及生命。其治疗需要综合运用各种手段，主要包括严格控制危险因素、合理的抗栓治疗、指导病人进行运动锻炼、尽量确保组织缺损最小化以及对于有指征的病人积极进行血管重建干预等。随着药物和器械的发展，下肢缺血的治疗也面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战，既已形成一些共识，但也存在着较多的争论，有必要进一步通过临床实践以及高质量的临床研究来指导下肢缺血性疾病的规范化治疗。
