Abstract    Great progresses have been made in diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases in the last decade， especially in the new technologies of interventional therapy， instruments updated and invented constantly. Meanwhile， proportion of interventional therapy is increasing compare with traditional surgery. During the accumulating of evidence-based medicine evidences， theories of treating vascular disease are sequentially being renewed or further proved； there are also a lot of new therapies and viewpoints which are needed to be corroborated. Vascular surgery department is responsible to the treatment of almost all vessel disease including lesions in artery， vein and lymph-vessel， and the treatments and diagnosis of the subject have been developed in varying degree recently. The hot topics of those vascular diseases which is more concerned by surgeons include aortic dissection， abdominal aortic aneurysm， carotid artery stenosis and lower limb ischemia.

摘要：

近10余年，血管外科疾病的诊疗水平取得很大进展，尤其是血管腔内治疗的新技术、新器械不断推陈出新。与传统的外科手术相比，腔内治疗所占比重逐渐增加。随着循证医学证据的不断积累，血管外科疾病治疗理念也在不断更新，同时，也提出了更多新的治疗观点、治疗方式，有待更多的循证医学证据去验证。血管外科治疗领域涉及全身各部位的动脉、静脉和淋巴系统疾病，其诊断和治疗水平均有不同程度的提高，其中主动脉夹层、腹主动脉瘤、颈动脉狭窄和下肢缺血疾病相关的热点问题备受血管外科医生的关注。
