Abstract    Because of the recurrent inflammation and the malnutrition of patients with Crohn’s disease， patients suffer from a higher risk of anastomosis complications after bowel resection， which largely affect patients’ quality of life. Thus, prevention and management of the complications are key factors that surgeons need to pay attention to in the surgical treatment.

摘要：

克罗恩病（CD）病人因长期肠道炎症和营养不良，肠切除术后吻合口并发症发生率远高于其他肠道疾病，显著影响病人生活质量。因此，应高度重视CD术后吻合口并发症的防治方法。
