Abstract: Periodontitis is a chronic infectious disease caused by dental plaque biofilm. Porphyromonas gingivalis is one of the main pathogenic bacteria. Chronic kidney disease is considered as a systemic disease with irreversible loss of functional nephron.There is a close relationship between periodontitis and chronic kidney disease. Serum antibody levels of Porphyromonas gingivalis are associated with decreased renal function and elevated levels of certain inflammatory markers in patients with chronic kidney disease. Porphyromonas gingivalis can affect the occurrence and development of chronic kidney disease by causing bacteremia，interfering with chemotactic and phagocytosis of the immune system，activating inflammatory pathways to release inflammatory factors，and increasing oxidative stress. This article reviews the research progress of Porphyromonas gingivalis in the occurrence and development of chronic kidney disease，in order to provide new ideas for the prevention，early diagnosis and treatment of Porphyromonas gingivalis-related chronic kidney disease.

摘要： 牙周炎是一种由牙菌斑生物膜所引起的慢性感染性疾病。牙龈卟啉单胞菌是其主要致病菌之一。慢性肾病被认为是一种功能性肾单位不可逆减少的全身性疾病，牙周炎与慢性肾病之间关系密切，其中血清中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抗体水平与慢性肾病患者的肾功能下降以及某些炎症标记物水平升高具有相关关系。牙龈卟啉单胞菌可通过引起菌血症、干扰免疫细胞的趋化和吞噬作用、激活炎性通路释放炎性因子以及增加氧化应激来影响慢性肾病的发生发展。文章就牙龈卟啉单胞菌在慢性肾病发生发展过程中的研究进展做一阐述，旨在为牙龈卟啉单胞菌相关慢性肾病的预防、早期诊断及治疗提供新思路。
