摘要： 1 女性生育力的定义及内涵

生育力泛指个体或群体生育子代的能力，是种群延续、物种进化的基础，也是人类繁衍、社会发展的保证。女性是妊娠的主体，因而在人类的生育活动中殊为重要。女性的受孕、妊娠维持及分娩等各个环节都是生育力的一部分。
