Abstract: Significant decline in female fertility，delayed reproductive age，and increased incidence of cancer have all contributed to the development of and demand for fertility preservation technologies.Embryo freezing，egg freezing，and ovarian tissue freezing are all recommended fertility preservation techniques.According to their individual advantages of fertility preservation technologies and the actual needs of patients，individualized selection of fertility preservation technology is needed.In vitro maturation of oocytes and follicle culture technology are the expected development directions of fertility preservation technology.

摘要： 女性生育力的显著下降，生育年龄的延迟，以及肿瘤发病率的增高，均推动了生育力保存技术的发展及需求。胚胎冷冻、卵子冷冻和卵巢组织冷冻均为推荐的生育力保存技术。根据不同生育力保存技术各自的优势及患者的实际需求，个性化地选择生育力保存技术，而卵母细胞体外成熟及卵泡培养技术是可期待的生育力保存技术发展方向。
