Abstract: Endometrial cavity fluid(ECF)is a common phenomenon during the process of assisted reproductive techniques(ART), which is associated with controlled ovarian stimulation(COS),hydrosalpinx,genital malformation,endometritis and so on.ECF affects the growth and development of embryos and the receptivity of endometrium,which results in the failure of embryos implantation.In this review,we summarize the etiology and treatment of ECF in order to know the effects of ECF on the outcome of ART during the period of embryos tansfer.

摘要: 辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕治疗中经常出现宫腔积液,其与控制性卵巢刺激雌激素水平显著高于生理状态有关,也与合并输卵管积水、子宫内膜炎、子宫瘢痕憩室及生殖道畸形和病变等相关。异常的宫腔积液会影响胚胎发育、子宫内膜容受性,进而干扰胚胎种植,导致ART的助孕失败。文章就ART中围胚胎移植期出现宫腔积液的原因,以及其对ART助孕结局的影响和处理方式进行梳理和总结。
