Abstract: Adenomyosis is a gynecological benign disease that affects women's fertility and quality of life.It is often associated with other sex hormone-dependent diseases such as endometriosis，uterine fibroids，and endometrial polyps.Infertility，miscarriage，and obstetric complications are becoming prominent.The treatment strategies for infertility have become hot research topics in recent years.

摘要： 子宫腺肌病是一种影响女性生育能力和生活质量的妇科良性疾病，常合并子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉等其他性激素依赖性疾病。不孕、流产及产科并发症等问题日渐突出，而不孕的治疗策略更是近年来的研究热点。
