摘要：

        卵巢上皮性癌（epithelial ovarian cancer，EOC），简称卵巢癌，是具有不同基因组特征的一组异质性疾病，易产生化疗耐药致复发率高、预后差［1-3］，其病死率高居妇科恶性肿瘤首位。卵巢透明细胞癌（ovarian clear cell carcinoma，OCCC）是卵巢癌中的特殊组织学类型，因其细胞质呈透明的特征，故被命名为透明细胞癌。
