Abstract:

Circulation system diseases are also known as cardiovascular diseases，including hypertension，hypotension，valvulopathy，myocarditis，angina，myocardial infarction，arrhythmia，congestive heart failure，and so on. According to their different risks in tooth extraction，cardiovascular diseases were divided into 4 categories here，including hypertension，hypotension，infectious cardiac diseases and non-infectious cardiac diseases. The aim of this paper is to review the risks of tooth extraction when dealing with these patients. Meanwhile，how to prevent the potential risks and treatment once happening are also reviewed in this paper in order to provide reference for the safe tooth extraction in these patients.

摘要：

循环系统疾病即心血管疾病，包括高血压、低血压、心脏瓣膜病、心肌炎、心绞痛、心肌梗死、心律失常、充血性心脏衰竭等。根据其接受牙拔除术时的风险不同，文章将其分为4类，即高血压、低血压、感染性心脏病和非感染性心脏病，并从拔牙可能存在的风险及其预防和处理三方面分别进行探讨，以期为口腔医生在临床工作中能够对此类患者安全、顺利地实施牙拔除术提供参考。
