Abstract: Previous investigations have reported that insufficient enlightenment existed in standard resident training during undergraduate period as the curriculum of periodontal internship for undergraduate students in dental school is defective and the preclinical and clinical practice training for them are seriously insufficient. Based on the above-mentioned investigations，a series of preclinical periodontal practice course combining theory with practice have been constructed to make up for the deficiency of periodontal training of undergraduate education，to strengthen the understanding of multidisciplinary concept centered on periodontal treatment，and to help residents master key steps of initial periodontal therapy. Findings of the questionnaire survey have revealed that the course reached a good teaching effect and high students′ satisfaction，which can be further improved and promoted in the future.

摘要： 既往研究发现，因国内大多数口腔医学院校本科阶段牙周病学课程设置不完善，牙周前期实习和临床实习培训严重不足，本科生对牙周专业的认识较少。基于此，北京大学口腔医学院牙周病学教研室针对专业型研究生和住院医师设置了理论与实践相结合的牙周前期实习培训课程，并不断对其进行改良和完善，以期弥补本科阶段牙周病学理论教学和实习培训的缺乏，加强口腔医学研究生和住院医师理解以牙周诊疗为中心的多学科综合诊疗理念，同时掌握规范化的牙周基础治疗操作要点。针对该培训课程的问卷调查结果显示，接受该课程培训后，学员的牙周专业兴趣增加，牙周病诊治的基本理论认识和技术操作能力得以提升，多学科综合治疗的意识增强，教学效果良好，未来值得进一步推广和完善。
