Abstract: In the orthodontic treatment，the torque of the anterior and posterior teeth is a crucial factor in forming a beautiful smile line and establishing an appropriate occlusal relationship and maintaining the long-term stability of orthodontic effect. Because of its being aesthetic and comfortable，clear aligners have become one of the first options of patients in clinical practice. However，the achievement and accuracy of its control on the torque of anterior teeth need to be increased. How to accurately realize the torque movement of the anterior teeth when using the clear aligners is the hotspots and difficulties of clinicians′attention. Therefore，this article reviews the influencing factors of clear aligners in the torque control of upper anterior teeth，in order to provide guidance for clinical plan design and material selection.

摘要： 在正畸治疗中，前后牙的转矩是形成美观笑线、建立适当咬合关系及保持正畸效果长期稳定性的重要因素。无托槽隐形矫治技术因其美观、舒适等优点，成为临床上患者首要选择的方案之一。但其对于前牙转矩控制的实现率和精准率仍有待提高。如何在使用无托槽隐形矫治器时精准实现上前牙转矩移动是临床医生关注的重点和难点。文章就无托槽隐形矫治中上前牙转矩控制影响因素研究进展做一综述，以期对临床方案设计、材料选择等方面提供指导。
