Abstract: The incidence of dental caries in children is high and it progresses rapidly，and in severe cases it can affect the normal growth and development of children. Studies at home and abroad have found that genes play a certain role in dental caries，and identifying susceptible genes will help screen and identify children who are susceptible to dental caries，so that early and personalized interventions can be carried out to reduce the incidence of dental caries in children. This article summarizes the research progress in the association between genetic genes and children′s caries susceptibility.

摘要： 儿童龋病发病率高且进展迅速，严重者影响儿童正常生长发育。国内外研究发现，遗传基因在龋病中发挥一定作用，识别易感基因将有助于筛查和识别龋易感儿童，从而进行早期个性化干预，降低儿童龋病的发生率。文章就遗传基因与儿童龋病易感性关联的研究进展做一综述。
