Abstract: With the research and application of minimally invasive tooth extraction instruments and techniques，the related concepts of tooth extraction are constantly updated. This article will discuss the new concept of tooth extraction from four aspects：classification of impacted teeth，scraping of tooth extraction nest，reduction of alveolar bone and management of tooth extraction wound，in order to provide reference for clinical work.

摘要： 随着微创拔牙器械和手术技巧的研究及应用，牙拔除术相关理念亦在不断更新。文章将从阻生牙分类、拔牙窝搔刮、牙槽骨复位、拔牙创管理4个方面论述牙拔除术相关新理念，以期为临床工作提供参考。
