Abstract: In the past two decades, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD) has experienced rapid development, with major centers both domestically and internationally making significant progress. In addition to large-volume pancreatic surgery centers, many city-level hospitals are also actively performing the procedure, with continuous technical accumulation and improvement. The feasibility and safety of LPD have been validated and recognized. However, compared to other minimally invasive surgeries in the field of surgery, there is still room for improvement in the safety of LPD. This article, based on the author’s clinical experience, discusses seven aspects of key techniques to improve the safety of LPD from a personal perspective.

摘要： 近20年来，腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术（laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy，LPD）快速发展，国内外各大中心百花齐放，除了大流量胰腺外科中心，不少地市级医院也在积极开展，技术不断积累成熟。LPD的手术可行性及安全性已得到验证和认可，但相比其他外科领域的微创手术，提高LPD的手术安全性仍有努力空间。文章结合作者临床实践体会，从7个方面阐述对提高LPD手术安全性的个人浅见。
