Abstract    In recent years, the incidence of thyroid cancer in both children and adults has been increasing, with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) accounting for the largest proportion of cases. PTC in children and adults have different genetic variation, and there is a relationship between the differences in genetic variation in the two populations and the different biological behaviors and prognosis of the tumors. The molecular classification of PTC in children and adults based on the different genetic features is useful for stratified surgery and prognostic assessment of patients with different molecular types of PTC, as well as performing individualized systemic therapy targeting oncogenic driver genes, which will further contribute to realizing the precise treatment of thyroid cancer.

摘要: 近年来,儿童与成人甲状腺癌的发病率均在不断增长,其中尤以甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)占比最多。儿童与成人PTC具有不同的基因变异特点;且两组人群基因变异的差异与肿瘤的不同生物学行为及预后之间存在一定的联系。针对儿童与成人PTC不同的基因变异特点可对其进行分子分型,有助于对不同分子类型的儿童与成人PTC病人进行分层手术和预后评估,以及靶向致癌驱动基因的个体化系统治疗,从而进一步实现对甲状腺癌的精准治疗。
