Abstract    As for gallbladder cancer, the anatomical structure plays an important role in its invasion and metastasis. Direct invasion and lymphatic metastasis are the main pathways. Nowadays, surgery has become the only way to cure gallbladder cancer, and the surgical methods mainly depend on the TNM-staging of the tumor. D2 lymph node dissection is recommended for gallbladder cancer of T1b and above.

摘要：

胆囊癌的侵袭转移特点与其解剖结构密切相关。直接浸润和淋巴结转移是胆囊癌的主要侵袭转移途径。国内外一致认为，手术是治疗胆囊癌的惟一根治性手段，主要根据其TNM临床分期选择手术方式。对T1b及以上的胆囊癌，建议行D2淋巴结清扫。
