Abstract    Cancer cachexia is a syndrome of progressive nutritional depletion which causes significant morbidity and mortality in cancer patients. The pathogenetic mechanisms underlying cancer cachexia is a complex interaction between the host and the tumor. The therapeutic standard of care for cachexia remains undefined to date. Among the recognized approaches, use of anti-inflammatory agents, nutritional therapy, and molecular theory.

摘要：

癌症恶病质是恶性肿瘤病人常见的症候群，也是恶性肿瘤常见的致死因素，直接影响肿瘤治疗效果，增加并发症发生率，降低病人的生活质量，甚至影响预后。目前认为，癌性恶病质是由肿瘤因素、机体因素及肿瘤和机体的相互作用而导致的机体代谢紊乱引起的代谢综合征。癌性恶病质的治疗应该是多方面的综合治疗，包括药物治疗、营养支持治疗、分子靶向治疗等。
