Abstract    Evidence-based medicine（EBM），known as pioneer movement of modern medicine, has great impact on clinical practice of various medical subjects, including general surgery. But more and more doubts and critisms on EBM have been arisen. In other words, it’s time that EBM should be adjust its self-localization and improve itself. This article discussed the pros and cons of EBM applicated in clinical practice of general surgery.

摘要：

循证医学（evidence-based medicine, EBM）的出现对包括普通外科在内的医学各学科临床实践产生了重大的影响，被誉为现代医学的先锋运动。但同时，它也受到越来越多的质疑和诟病。可以说，循证医学整经历着不得不调整其定位以及完善自我的重要过程。
