Abstract    Due to the increasing number of splenic function studies, the awareness of spleen-preserving approaches and the advantages of laparoscopic surgery are also highlighted, laparoscopic partial splenectomy has become an important method of splenic preservation therapy.  However, because of the special anatomical structure of spleen, laparoscopic partial splenectomy is still a technically challenging procedure. The surgeons should systematically grasp its indication selection, technical details and complication treatment, and comprehensively consider the equipment  condition and technical ability, individually select the optimal patient to perform this surgery.

摘要： 随着脾脏功能研究的深入，人们对于脾脏外科疾病的保脾治疗意愿和需求逐渐提高，加之腹腔镜手术的众多优势已渐被广泛认可，腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术已成为脾保留性手术的重要方式。然而，由于脾脏的特殊解剖结构，腹腔镜脾脏部分切除术仍属于技术难度较高的术式，需要对该术式的适应证选择、技术要点及并发症防治等有较为系统地了解和掌握，并结合自身单位的设备条件和技术特长，选择适宜病例进行开展。
