Abstract    Chronic venous insufficiency is a chronic and progressive disease with venous system dysfunction. It should be diagnosed and classified by unified standard. For lower extremity varicose veins, nonthrombotic iliac vein compression and post-thrombotic syndrome, the minimally invasive endovascular therapy is recommended to be adopted respectively.

摘要：

慢性静脉功能不全是指静脉系统功能异常的慢性进展性疾病。应当在规范疾病的诊断和分级基础上，针对下肢静脉曲张、非血栓性髂静脉压迫综合征以及下肢深静脉血栓后遗症等，分别采取微创的腔内血管治疗方法。
