Abstract    For a long period, doctors didn’t have too many options to treat vascular disease except open surgery with high morbidity and mortality. X ray used for medical purpose established the foundation of minimally invasive treatment for vascular disease. From then on, there have been many advances in minimally invasive concepts, instruments and techniques to improve the prognosis of vascular disease. Currently, endovascular therapy has been widely accepted as the best minimally invasive treatment option for vascular disease, which is safe, effective and well tolerated by patients with poor conditions. Most aortic dissection, abdominal aorta aneurysm, peripheral artery disease can be treated by endovascular strategies. The endovascular arena has changed dramatically over the past decade, which makes more and more complex vascular disease can be successfully cured with lower morbidity and mortality.

摘要:

对于血管外科疾病的治疗,早期手段有限且均以开放手术为主,创伤巨大,效果不佳。X射线应用于医学领域,为血管外科的微创治疗奠定了基础。此后,越来越多的微创技术问世并用于治疗血管外科疾病,尤其是血管腔内治疗技术的出现,大大改善了血管外科疾病的治疗效果。目前血管腔内治疗已用于治疗各种血管外科疾病如主动脉夹层、腹主动脉瘤、外周动脉疾病等。血管腔内治疗安全、有效,尤其适合身体状况较差无法耐受开放手术的病人。在过去的10年中,血管腔内治疗领域的进展及创新使得越来越多的血管外科疑难病例可以得到成功、安全、有效的治疗。
