Abstract    With the popularity and improvement of laparoscopic and endoscopic technique, the treatment of cholelithiasis becomes more minimally invasive, to fulfill the precision liver resection and precise lithotomy. In conditional areas and hospitals, according to the stones distribution, and the characteristics of the disease, different combinations of multiple endoscopy techniques (laparoscopic, choledochoscope and duodenoscope) model in hybrid operating room are widely carried out step by step. Multiple endoscopy techniques combination has opened up a new era of more diversification, precision, visualization, and minimally invasive treatment method for cholelithiasis. Surgeons should master the multi-endoscopic skills for diagnosis and treatment, rational selection and correct application in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect, the least complications, and maximize patients’ benefit.

摘要：

随着腹腔镜和内镜技术的普及提高，胆管结石的治疗越来越微创化，可实现病变肝组织的精准切除、肝内外胆管的精准取石。在有条件的地区和医院，根据结石分布和病情特点，在一体化复合杂交手术室能同时进行不同组合方式的多镜联合（腹腔镜、胆道镜及十二指肠镜）治疗。多镜联合为胆道结石治疗开辟了一个更加多元化、精准化、可视化、微创化的时代，但应在熟练掌握各种内镜诊疗操作技术的前提下，合理选择和正确使用以达到疗效最好，并发症最少，病人利益最大化。
