重视内镜技术在胆道疾病外科诊治中的规范应用

Abstract    The application of precision surgery and minimally invasive techniques has become the general trend of biliary surgery in minimal invasive era. Concomitantly,endoscopy plays a pivotal, irreplaceable role. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)-based duodenoscopy, choledochoscopy, multiple endoscopes,endoscopic ultrasonography and intraductal ultrasonography have been effective and widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases. However, it can not be ignored currently is that in the process of application and generalization of endoscopic technology, there exist some problems such as lacking of available industry standards, operating procedures are not enough, malfunctioning physician training system. Biliary surgeons should strictly master the operation indication and pay fully consideration to the reasonable and standard application of endoscopic technique in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases.

摘要:

微创时代的胆道外科,精细操作、微创技术的外延扩展应用已成为总的趋向,而内镜在其中发挥着举足轻重、不可替代的主要作用。以内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)为主的十二指肠镜技术、胆道镜技术、多镜联合技术、超声内镜及腔内超声技术,已卓有成效、较为广泛地应用于胆道疾病的外科诊治中。然而不容忽视的是,目前在内镜技术的应用、推广过程中,存在缺乏可供借鉴的行业标准,操作规范性不够,医师培训制度不健全等弊病,因此,胆道外科医生应严格掌握指征,重视内镜技术在胆道疾病外科诊治中的合理、规范应用。
