Abstract    Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy（LSG） has become the best therapy for morbid obesity，mainly due to its quick and lasting effects. Some potential complications do occur and are sometimes fatal if handled improperly．It is important for the continuous development of LSG that postoperative complications can be diagnosed and managed in time and effectively．The appropriate preparation before the operation，procedures in conformity with the LSG principle and careful follow-up are necessary to prevent and diagnose the LSG complications. The treatment should be based on individualized evaluation of complications after the LSG surgery.

摘要：

腹腔镜胃袖状切除术（LSG）因其疗效快速持久而成为减重外科的首选术式，但同时也存在某些潜在并发症，如果处理不当，可导致死亡等严重后果。因此，及早预防及诊断LSG后出现的并发症，采取有效的处理措施，对LSG的开展具有重要意义。充分的术前准备、规范的手术操作及完善的术后随访是预防并及时发现并发症的基础，根据病人的具体情况选择个体化治疗方案是手术并发症能够得到有效处理的保障。
