Abstract    Endoscopic treatment has become an important method for early gastric cancer with the development of endoscopic technique and advanced research of early gastric cancer. Although endoscopic treatment can be safer than surgery with similar efficiency, complications still happen at times. The common complications include bleeding，perforation, stenosis and so on. Endoscopists should have sufficient knowledge about the risks，mechanisms，clinical features and management of such complications, consequently make efforts to guarantee the safety and efficiency, and take advantages of endoscopic treatment for early gastric cancer. As a result，more patients can benefit.

摘要：

随着内镜技术的发展和对早期胃癌研究的不断深入，内镜技术已经成为治疗早期胃癌的重要方法。与外科手术相比，内镜治疗适应证范围内的早期胃癌安全性高且疗效相当。但其也伴随着并发症的发生，主要包括出血、穿孔、狭窄等。正确认识并发症的危险因素、发病机制、临床特点和处理措施，有助于提高内镜治疗的安全性和疗效，发挥内镜治疗早期胃癌的优势，使更多的病人获益。
