钛酸钡压电材料在骨缺损修复中应用研究进展

Abstract: Piezoelectric behavior is an inherent characteristic of bone tissue,and constructing a electrophysiological microenvironment is of significant importance for bone regeneration. Barium titanate and its composite materials demonstrate good piezoelectricity and biocompatibility,offering promising prospects in the field of bone defect repair. This article provides a review on biological performance of barium titanate piezoelectric materials,the types and common preparation techniques of barium titanate piezoelectric composite materials,and the application in bone defect repair,and puts forward the prospects.

摘要: 压电行为是骨组织的固有特性,构建生理电微环境对骨再生具有重要意义。钛酸钡及其复合材料具有良好的压电性和生物相容性,在骨缺损修复领域拥有广阔的应用前景。文章就钛酸钡压电材料的生物学性能、钛酸钡压电复合材料的种类与常用制备技术,以及其在骨缺损修复中应用研究进展做一综述并提出展望。
