Abstract: Periodontitis is a common inflammatory oral disease that causes loss of periodontal supporting tissues including gingiva,alveolar bone,periodontal ligaments and cementum,and even tooth loss,severely affecting patients′ quality of life. The ultimate goal of periodontal treatment is to regenerate periodontal tissues and restore the normal physiological structure and function of periodontal tissues,and stem cell-based tissue regeneration engineering technology is currently an important technical means to achieve periodontal tissue regeneration. Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)are mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue,which have the potential for self-replication and multi-directional differentiation and are involved in tissue regeneration,revascularization and immune regulation,and are one of the ideal seed cells for periodontal tissue regeneration. This review describes the research progress on the application of ADSCs in periodontal tissue regeneration in recent years,in order to provide research direction for periodontal tissue regeneration therapy.

摘要: 牙周炎是一种常见的口腔炎性疾病,可导致牙周支持组织(牙龈、牙槽骨、牙周膜和牙骨质)丧失,甚至造成失牙,严重影响患者的生活质量。实现牙周组织再生进而恢复正常的牙周组织生理结构和功能是牙周治疗的终极目标,而基于干细胞的组织再生工程技术是目前实现牙周组织再生的重要技术手段。脂肪干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)是一种来源于脂肪组织的间充质干细胞,具有自我复制和多向分化潜能;其可参与组织再生、血管重建及免疫调节过程,是牙周组织再生的理想种子细胞之一。文章就近年来ADSCs在牙周组织再生中的应用研究进展做一综述,以期为牙周组织再生治疗提供研究方向。
