噬消素1在口腔医学领域中作用研究进展

Abstract: Inflammation is one of the important defenses of the host. Resolution of inflammation is an actively programmed process involving a large number of immune cells and immune mediators. Specialized pro-resolving mediators are a series of endogenous lipid mediators derived from eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)or docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),including resolvins,protectins,and maresins(MaR). It has been proved in animal models of multiple diseases that MaR1 can exert abilities in the resolution of inflammation,host defense,organ protection,tissue regeneration and pain control. This article introduces the molecular structure and classification of MaR,and reviews the mechanism of action and latest research progress of MaR1 in stomatology,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of periodontitis.

摘要: 炎症反应是宿主的重要防御机制之一,而炎症消退是涉及大量免疫细胞和介质的程序化主动过程。特异性促炎症消退介质是一类由二十碳五烯酸或二十二碳六烯酸衍生的内源性脂质介质,包括消退素、保护素及噬消素(maresins,MaR)。MaR1已在多种疾病的动物模型中被证实具有炎症消退、宿主防御、器官保护、促进组织再生及控制疼痛等作用。文章介绍了MaR的分子结构及分类,并对MaR1的作用机制及其在口腔医学领域中的研究进展做一综述,以期为牙周炎的预防和治疗提供新思路。
