Abstract: Periodontitis is a common disease that affects patient′s oral function and aesthetics，while patients with severe periodontitis often have a combination of malocclusion，who need a complete multidisciplinary treatment plan based on a thorough oral examination to achieve the goals of controlling inflammation，restoring health，rebuilding function，and improving aesthetics. This article demonstrates a case of generalized stage Ⅲ grade C periodontitis with anterior teeth malocclusion which has been treated with combined periodontal-implanting-orthodontic treatment，and it eventually achieves satisfactory results for both patients and doctors. This case provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this type of cases.

摘要： 牙周炎是一种影响口腔健康功能与美观的常见疾病，而伴有错牙合畸形的重度牙周炎患者是临床处置的难题，需要在全面的口腔检查基础上制定多学科联合诊疗计划，以达到控制炎症、恢复健康、重建功能、改善美观的目标。文章展示1例广泛型Ⅲ期C级牙周炎伴前牙错牙合畸形的患者通过牙周-种植-正畸联合治疗，最终获得了医患双方均较为满意的效果，为此类病例的临床诊治提供参考。
