  • 作者简介:余擎，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会常务委员，《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》副主编，《实用口腔医学杂志》编委等职。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。发表SCI收录英文论文12篇，主编《牙科临床规范化操作图谱》等专著3部、主译1部、参编5部。

摘要： 口腔局部麻醉可以减轻患者口腔治疗带来的疼痛，降低不适感，缓解其对口腔治疗的恐惧感，已经在口腔临床中被广泛应用。随着牙科材料器械的不断革新，口腔治疗也呈现多样化的趋势，如何根据患者身心状况和治疗的需求选择适当的麻醉方法是牙科医生需要细心体会的问题。笔者通过学习国内外众多牙科医院的标准化操作，结合我国互联网时代医患关系变化的新形势，提出口腔医生应当思考的麻醉策略选择问题。希望能够帮助广大口腔医生对口腔麻醉策略进行梳理，在医患有效沟通的基础上，灵活选用麻醉技术，达成真正意义的无痛牙科治疗。

Abstract: Local anesthesia have been widely used in dental treatment，for it can relieve patient's pain and discomfort in the progress. Complete analgesic can also help patients to overcome dental anxiety. Along with the innovation of dental materials and equipments，patients need more individualized dental treatment. Dentists need to choose the appropriate anesthetic methods according to the patient's body and mind condition and dental treatment requirements. This is a question that needs careful consideration. We put forward the question of anesthesia strategy selection，hoping to be able to help the dentists chooses appropriate anesthetic techniques to really achieve the purpose of painless dental treatment.
