无痛局部麻醉技术及其临床应用

  • 作者简介:赵吉宏,教授、主任医师。现任武汉大学口腔医学院口腔外科主任,口腔临床药物学教研室主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会牙槽外科学组副组长、脉管病学组委员兼秘书、修复重建学组委员,中国整形美容学会口腔整形美容分会常务理事,湖北省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员、口腔颌面创伤与整形专业委员会常务委员,《口腔医学研究》编委等职。研究领域为血管瘤及血管畸形的综合治疗、颌面部整形美容。主持或参与科研项目11项,参编著作8部,发表学术论文50余篇。参与课题获国家级科技进步二等奖1项,获省部级科技进步一等奖1项、三等奖4项。

摘要: 疼痛是引起牙科恐惧的最主要原因之一,虽然局部麻醉药物的广泛应用可缓解诊疗过程中的疼痛,但过去临床上一般采用的中空式手推注射器注射局部麻醉药物,注射麻药过程中产生的疼痛也是患者产生牙科畏惧的重要因素之一。计算机监控下的局部麻醉注射仪(C-CLAD)的发明,为实现麻醉过程的无痛化提供了可能性,增加患者就诊的舒适感,降低了患者的恐惧心理。本文就C-CLAD的发展史、基本原理、一般特点及其在临床应用进行简要论述。

Abstract: Effective local anesthesia is arguably the single most important pillar upon which modern dentistry stands. Paradoxically,the injection of local anesthetic is also perhaps the greatest source of patient fear,and inability to obtain adequate pain control with minimal discomfort remains a significant concern of dental practitioners. Although the traditional aspirating syringe is the most common method by which local anesthetics are administered,newer technologies have been developed that can assist the dentist in providing enhanced pain relief with reduced injection pain and fewer adverse effects. This discussion will focus on the clinical application of computer-controlled local anesthesia delivery(C-CLAD)devices.
